Nurses beware of traveling with company. They do not look out for their nurses! I was placed in a LTC facility and was subjected to violent and racial attacks on daily basis. I called my company for help, and was told to suck it up! MSS refused pays way less than other agencies. They charged $400 for a housing deposit. After completing the assignment I had to badger the company to return my deposit (should be refunded within 4 weeks of completion). After 2 months, they tell me they are keeping my deposits for cleaning fees!!

If you want to make money and travel stress free stay far far away from MSS!!

Psych RN

This is my first travel assignment with Medical Staffing Solutions. Amy, my recruiter was fantastic...she really went to bat for me right away and found me a great job fairly quickly, smooth credentialing, checked on me fequently, always answered my calls and questions promptly, great pay! Other staff Ive spoken with are all courteous and professional. No negatives here at all... highly recommended!

Medical Staffing Solutions LLC has been nothing but good to me from the start. My recruiter Sara is always very quick to respond to texts, calls, and emails. When I run in to any issues, she is quick to find a way to sort them out. I was referred to them by a friend, and I'm glad I went with them for my travel nurse assignment

Always there for you

Nurse owned and it shows. This agency is amazing. The owners were always available if there was an issue that needed to be worked out. They send you things for nurses day, Christmas, and your birthday when they don't have to. They present each year at the national travel nurse convention in Las Vegas if you want to meet them. If you want to work in Hawaii go with them. Why? They have a great relationship with the personnel at the hospitals. They "know" the facilities. I worked two contracts for them in Hawaii. The only thing they are a bit weak on is finding you the best lodging -do that for yourself at least in Kauai which is a more difficult place to find short term lodging.
