Ask them what they think about their agency. Also ask them what other agencies that they would recommend. Most nurses who work travel/agency full time are signed up with one or more agency. If you do sign up with an agency recommended by a nurse that you talked to, be sure to tell the agency right away the name of the nurse who referred you. Then the agency will give that nurse a referral bonus.NurseTogether.com and AllNurses.com have very good forums for agency recommendations.I personally use Medical Express and MedNational Staffing. I wrote about these two agencies on Squidoo.

My webpage on squidoo tells you who to contact at both agencies. The two recruiters that I work with are very good. I have also provided links so that you can easily contact these recruiters.

One by benefits offered and one by traveler evals. I would check those out, some of the info may be outdated, but it is still pretty good. The Ultimate Nurse forums also have a travel company spotlight that is worth looking at, again I don't know how up to date it is.I think that TravelNursingCentral.com also has a traveler review area, but I'm not certain. Hope these sites can help.

HighwayHypodermics.com has a couple of different comparisons on her site. One by benefits offered and one by traveler evals. Picking a company has proven the most difficult aspect of deciding to travel! Thank you!

I’m wondering the same thing Jacob is… is there a website that compares all the travel nursing companies or allows people to comment on their experiences with different companies?
