Gel (Good Experience Live) Conference Promotes the Patient Experience

From time to time we are asked to blog about an event or topic and this is one of those times. On Thursday, October 22, 2009 (and optional 2nd day: Fri, Oct 23) in New York City is the Gel (Good Experience Live) Conference which brings experts on the patient experience together to offer a series of presentations on the patient experience, particularly looking at:

  • Who’s improving it?
  • How are they improving it?
  • What approaches are being taken in various healthcare disciplines?

This is the seventh year for the conference and it has a great list of speakers. So if you are in the area and have the time I would definitely suggest checking it out.

Here is a video from last years conference.
