At this stage in the travel nursing process you should hopefully be hearing one way or the other about the hospital’s decision to hire you. Sometimes the hiring manager will offer you on the job right on the phone, though that is more rare. Most often what will happen is that the hospital hiring or nurse manager will get back in touch with their contact at your travel nursing company who will let them know that they are interested in offering you the travel nursing job.
